Virginia Tech defensive end Jason Worilds says he's passing up his final season of eligibility to make himself available for the NFL draft.

Worilds, a junior, made 49 tackles this season for the Hokies, including 11 for losses and 4 1/2 sacks. He also forced one fumble, broke up a pass and was credited with 32 hurries.

The Carteret, N.J., native was a second-team All-Atlantic Coast Conference selection for the second consecutive year.
