UC Davis 22, Cal Poly 21

Sean Creadick caught a 5-yard touchdown pass from Randy Wright with 35 seconds left Saturday, capping a 16-point fourth quarter that helped UC Davis rally for a 22-21 victory over Cal Poly.
Creadick was held under 100 yards receiving for the first time in five games, but also caught a 16-yard TD in the fourth quarter to bring the Aggies (5-5, 3-1 Great West) within 21-15 with 10:22 remaining. Creadick finished with five receptions for 70 yards while Wright threw for 302 yards.
UC Davis (7-4, 2-2), which led 21-0 in the second quarter, was playing its regular-season finale and hoping to improve its playoff chances. The Mustangs have a bye next Saturday before the FCS playoff pairings are announced Nov. 21.
Mark Rodgers rushed for 102 yards and Jake Romanelli had two rushing touchdowns for UC Davis, which was content to try and run out the clock with its big lead. The Mustangs rushed the ball 53 times for 228 yards.
