Texas A&M Football: How to Watch the LSU Game, Predictions, and More

The Texas A&M football team will try to rewrite the season narrative with a win over the LSU Tigers on Thanksgiving Day at Kyle Field.
This game may or may not have Sugar Bowl implications. It certainly was looking like it might when the Tigers and Aggies were rolling a few weeks ago, but both teams have stumbled down the stretch in November.
Interim coach Ed Orgeron and coach Kevin Sumlin were adored in October. Now Orgeron is almost certainly out of the running for the full time job at LSU. Sumlin is probably safe, but a win against the Tigers would go a long way to quelling all questions about his job security.

Sumlin didn’t say there was no way Trevor plays, so there’s always a chance.

But Saturday Down South is picking the Aggies!
5 bold predictions for LSU vs. Texas A&M (and a bonus about Tigers’ next coach) https://t.co/Mmo2KLWj1W

Predictions
For the first time this season I’m picking against the Aggies, at least on paper. There’s no doubt that this team has the talent to compete at a high level, but the defense hasn’t shown enough consistency against the running game to make me think they’ll somehow be able to silence LSU.
The Aggies catch a huge break with future first round draft pick Leonard Fournette remaining in Baton Rouge for this game, but his backup Derrius Guice isn’t a slouch. I won’t be surprised if A&M finds a way to pull out a close game, but all the numbers are in the Tigers’ favor this weekend.
