Sumlin gives the latest update with suspensions and injures

Kevin Sumlin had several nuggets of good news regarding the return of several players during his Tuesday press conference.
After starting the season off to a 2-0 start, Texas A&M should be getting a boost from the return of linebacker A.J. Hilliard from suspension while fellow linebackers Josh Walker and Otaro Alaska should both be returning from injures to compete against Nevada.
The Aggies are also planning on running back James White returning to the fold, as White was forced to sit out the Ball State game due to an injury suffered in the Arizona State game. In addition to White, sophomore receiver Speedy Noil should be close to returning to full strength, as his back injury is getting closer to being completely healed.
"Out of the 28 practices in fall camp, I bet he practiced six of them," Sumlin said. "He’s been nursing an injury. I think you saw a better version of him this week as he’s starting to get healthier."
While these players shouldn't be needed to defeat Nevada, the SEC opener against Arkansas looms large on Sept. 26 in Arlington.
