Steve Sarkisian puts USC in tough position

Steve Sarkisian's drunken episode over the weekend at USC's annual "Salute to Troy" rally is now shedding light on other details that are now surfacing.

That they're coming to light has Steve Sarkisian putting USC in a corner, writes CBSSports.com's Dennis Dodd.

"The L.A. Daily News reported Sarkisian drank alcohol, at least at times, after games at home and on the road last season," Dodd writes. "The paper also quoted a former University of Washington athletic employee saying, 'there were always beers and stuff around ...' when Sarkisian coached there.

"Sarkisian admitted alcohol was consumed in the USC's coaches' locker room after 'great wins.' He said it would be eliminated going forward."
