Jeremy Moses threw for 333 yards and three touchdowns to lead Stephen F. Austin to a 30-7 victory over Central Arkansas on Saturday.
Moses broke the Lumberjacks (5-1, 2-0 Southland) record for career touchdown passes on his connection with Cordell Roberson early in the first quarter.
The previous record of 100 career TD passes was previously held by the team's assistant coach, Nathan Brown, who played from 2005 to 2008.
The Lumberjacks scored again when linebacker Romeo Robinson carried a blocked punt return 23 yards, making it 13-0 in the first quarter.
The only touchdown for the for the Bears (3-3, 0-2) came minutes later when Nathan Dick connected with Terence Bobo to make it 13-7.
Moses went on in the second half to find Roberson again and Jeremy Barnes on TD passes while Thomas Henshaw nailed a 21-yard field goal.
