Southeastern Louisiana to face LSU in 2018

(STATS) - Southeastern Louisiana announced Thursday it will travel to LSU for a game in 2018.

The matchup is scheduled for Sept. 8, 2018, at Tiger Stadium in Baton Rouge.

LSU won the only previous meeting 48-7 on Nov. 19, 1949.

"We're excited about the opportunity to play LSU," Southeastern athletic director Jay Artigues said. "Not only will it be a great experience for our student-athletes and our program, we expect it to be beneficial for our fan base as well."
