Shannon Sharpe freaks out over Skip Bayless' College Football Playoff picks

Penn State made a compelling case to the College Football Playoff selection committee, but the Nittany Lions were left out of the top four despite winning their conference and defeating a team ranked ahead of them (Ohio State). While most of the criticism surrounding the committee's picks centered around Penn State's exclusion, Skip Bayless argued on Undisputed Monday that if you use the eye test, a total of three Big Ten teams should have a shot at a national championship.

“You know what my eyes tell me? The four best are Alabama, Ohio State, Michigan and Penn State. Those are the four best teams I see.”

Shannon Sharpe couldn’t believe it, and temporarily walked off the set.

Sharpe, meanwhile, has a more SEC-heavy final four.
