A security guard is reportedly suing USC for negligence, claiming he endured injuries to his head, lungs, and back and bruises across his body when spectators rushed the field after the Trojans upset Stanford last season.

According to the Los Angeles Times citing court documents, David Bueno says the school was underprepared for the "atmosphere of havoc" that broke out following the Trojans’ win.

He reportedly faults USC, the California Science Center, the Pac-12, and the City of Los Angeles in the suit for not using barricades to prevent people from entering onto the playing field.
