The $105-million makeover for the Gaylord Family-Oklahoma Memorial Stadium might finally gain approval Wednesday.

University of Oklahoma President David Boren will ask the board of regents to approve the measure that will develop the south end zone of the stadium, according to The Oklahoman.

Preliminary work is already underway on design plans for the south end zone that were approved in March. The estimated cost for the entire south end zone project is $160 million. The money will come from Athletics Department capital funds, bond funds and private sources, according to The Oklahoman.
