Report: Officials considering new contract for OK State coach Mike Gundy

Mike Gundy exceeded expectations in 2015, winning 10 games with a roster that probably shouldn't have done so. Reports indicate that school officials are looking to lock up the head coach long term.

Gundy still has three years left on his contract, but according to the Tulsa World, there is a chance he will receive a raise. Gundy made $3.65 million this season.

As head coaching contracts continue to spike, guys like Gundy become more and more of a commodity.
