Report: NBC reporter charged with DUI

NBC News correspondent Jay Gray charged with drunken driving after he attended a party at the house of the attorney for accused child molester Jerry Sandusky, TMZ reported Tuesday.
According to the report, Gray was pulled over after drinking at the Pennsylvania residence of attorney Joe Amendola, who had apparently invited a slew of reporters over to watch the Giants-Cowboys game last week.
The Harrisburg Patriot-News reported Monday that Amendola wants Sandusky and his wife, Dottie, to appear in an exclusive network interview.
An arrest record obtained by TMZ said the traffic stop occurred at 1:45am ET on Monday, Dec. 12.
Gray, Amendola and NBC have not commented on the report.
Gray has been in State College, Pa., covering the Sandusky scandal since the former Penn State defensive coordinator's Nov. 5 arrest.
Sandusky, 67, has pleaded not guilty to sexually abusing 10 boys over a period of 15 years.
