Report: Big East officials travel to Boise

A person familiar with the Big East's plans says conference representatives will be in Boise, Idaho, on Thursday.
The person spoke on the condition of anonymity because they are not authorized to comment publicly.
Big East Commissioner John Marinatto and Nick Carparelli, the league's senior associate commissioner, visited with Air Force officials in Colorado Springs, Colo., on Wednesday night. It was just an informational meeting and no invitation was extended.
The Big East is looking to possibly add teams such as Houston, SMU and Central Florida in all sports, along with Boise State, Air Force and Navy in football only.
Fifth-ranked Boise State is off to a 7-0 start in its first season as a member of the Mountain West. The Broncos have a bye this weekend.
