Perhaps the Jake Coker era is not meant to be for the Alabama Crimson Tide.
Reports indicate that Alabama may be the next SEC team willing to take the former Notre Dame quarterback.

Landing at Alabama would make for an interesting story, as Golson's finest moment was leading the Fighting Irish against the Tide in the 2013 BCS National Championship game.
Of course Alabama won that game running away, by a score of 42-14, the following offseason Golson was suspended for a season for cheating on an exam.
Have Nick Saban and Lane Kiffin seen enough of Coker to realize he doesn't have what it takes to play quarterback for them?
