PHOTO: Baylor WR Coleman takes to Instagram to report successful surgery

Due to a sports hernia, Baylor wide receiver Corey Coleman will not be playing in next week's Russell Athletic Bowl against North Carolina.

Coleman had surgery Tuesday to repair the injury, and he posted on Instagram that the procedure was successful.

The Bears will certainly miss Coleman's presence against the Tar Heels on Dec. 29, but it's good to see that he appears to be on the road to recovery.
