Ohio State quarterback-turned receiver Braxton Miller electrified college football with his return from injury Monday night, piling up 140 all-purpose yards as the Buckeyes beat Virginia Tech 42-24 to open the season.

He scored two touchdowns, including one on a 53-yard run that featured a vicious spin move that sent at least two Hokies flying in the wrong direction and social media into a frenzy that was still smoldering the next morning.

Wednesday night when he met with reporters, Miller admitted those jaw-dropping moves aren't completely spontaneous.

"Sometimes I do practice them," Miller told reporters per BuckeyeSports.com. "Especially on Madden. I do, I actually do. When I am in the open field and someone is trying to come at an angle, I do actually do some of the stuff you see on the field."

The senior also talked about the emotions he felt getting back on the field after missing all of last season recovering from shoulder surgery.

"It was devastating what happened last year to my shoulder," Miller said. "All the emotion just hit me."

“Just being back out there with the guys, and making plays and hot fiving with everyone on the sidelines and stuff like that. It felt like I didn't miss a beat. I felt blessed and felt like I just want to do it again."
