Northwestern lands QB Duece Wallace

For the Northwestern Wildcats, Duece is first.
Duece Wallace is a top 2016 QB target out of Sevierville (Tenn.) Wildcats Head Coach Pat Fitzgerald extended one of the first offers in the class to the signal caller, the 21st rated pro-style QB in the class. On Saturday, he committed to Northwestern. Here is what he told 247Sports:
Last season as a junior Wallace threw for 2,812 yards and 26 touchdowns to just six interceptions. One of the Wildcats' biggest questions heading into this season is their void at quarterback. Barring a breakout campaign from someone else, Wallace may have a shot to make an immediate impact next season.
Wallace himself sent out a tweet confirming the commitment as well:
Blessed to say I have officially COMMITTED to play football at #Northwestern University‼️? #B1GCats #NUSquad16 pic.twitter.com/zCCcA72gXj
