Murray St. 44, Tennessee Tech 13

Mike Harris rushed for 242 yards and one touchdown on 23 carries and Murray State rolled up 504 yards total offense in overpowering Tennessee Tech 44-13 on Saturday.
The Racers (4-5, 3-3 Ohio Valley Conference), who averaged 517.3 yards and 47 points in their previous three home games this season, snapped the Golden Eagles' three-game conference winning streak.
After Murray State stopped Tennessee Tech (4-5, 3-3) at the 1-yard line to lead 22-7 at halftime, the Golden Eagles closed the gap to 22-13 early in the third.
Kienan Cullen then kicked his fourth field goal, a 40-yarder, to start a run of 22 unanswered Murray State points.
Jesurun Kelly had a 77-yard interception return for a touchdown as time expired.
Quarterback Cass Barnes, making his first start since 2007, was 21 for 35 for a career-high 203 yards for the Golden Eagles, who had four turnovers.
