What went wrong for the Spartans as Michigan State football suffered a tough loss against Indiana?
Another week in the books and yet another tough loss for Michigan State football. Heading down to Bloomington and playing a night game at Memorial Stadium seemed like a daunting task all week, but the Indiana fans barely showed up for the game and Michigan State still couldn’t get the job done.

Michigan State had a 14-0 lead late in the third quarter, but like always, failed to shut the door against an inferior opponent. The Spartans squandered a few opportunities to put the game away for good, leading to a 24-21 overtime loss.
The Spartans didn’t play particularly well throughout the game and it cost them in the final score as well as the wins column. Now that the Spartans are 2-2 on the year, we can look back at what went wrong against the Hoosiers.
