Malley leads No. 13 Bearcats past Southern Oregon;Football College

SALEM - Terrell Malley, a sophomore out of Portland's Roosevelt High School, rushed for 165 yards on eight carries and scored on runs of 50 and 77 yards to lead Willamette University to a 42-24 nonconference victory over Southern Oregon on Saturday.
The Bearcats (2-1), ranked 13th in NCAA Division II, finished with432 total yards and 305 rushing. The Raiders (2-1), the NAIA's No. 24 team, had 405 total yards as quarterback Mike McDonald completed 26-of-46 passes for 364 yards and two touchdowns but also threw three interceptions and was sacked four times.

Western Oregon 48, Simon Fraser 25: Darryl Valdez gained 192 all-purpose yards and the Wolves (2-1) broke a 23-year-old school record with 684 total yards while improving to 2-0 in the Great Northwest Athletic Conference with the home victory.
AJ Robinson threw for a career-high 298 yards and a touchdown, andbackup Evan Mozzochi threw for another 111 yards.
Lewis & Clark 63 Pomona Pitzer 38: Quarterback Kevin Welch ran forfive touchdowns and threw for two more as the Pioneers (1-1) broke their school rushing record with 549 yards in the home victory.
Claremont-Mudd-Scripps 38, Pacific 9: Spencer Clark scored two touchdowns and the Stags (2-0) built a 28-9 halftime lead against the Boxers (0-2), who lost their first home game after a 19-year football hiatus at the Forest Grove school.
Eastern Oregon 50, Montana State-Northern 46: The Mountaineers (1-3) rallied for two touchdowns in the final quarter, the last on ChrisWare's fourth TD pass.
