JoJo Natson dismissed from Utah State football team

LOGAN, Utah (AP) Utah State coach Matt Wells has dismissed JoJo Natson from the football team for a violation of team rules. The school announced the decision Sunday night, but did not specify which rules were broken.
KSL.com (http://bit.ly/1ef5fXJ ) reported that Natson previously pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor theft charge related to diverting school funds that were intended for a teammate.
Natson played 39 games and started 19 as a receiver and punt returner during his three years with the Aggies. He was named first-team all-Mountain West as a punt returner after his junior season. Natson finished his career with 127 receptions - the 11th most in school history.
Utah State opens the season with a home game against Southern Utah on Sept. 3.
