Jimbo Fisher FaceTimes before kickoff with young fan who underwent chemo therapy

Florida State head coach Jimbo Fisher had a lot on his mind before the Seminoles season opener against Texas State, including making a FaceTime call to one of his most precious fans.

Before FSU rolled past Texas State on Saturday, Fisher FaceTimed a young fan named Jacob, who recently underwent chemotherapy treatment.

Jacob’s family was sitting in the living room ready to cheer on FSU, when Fisher called to cheer on Jacob.

Jacob’s mother posted the exchange on Facebook, which was eventually posted on Tomahawk Nation.
