It only took Oklahoma State 70 years to return to the Sugar Bowl

Oh, how times have changed. Oklahoma State has played in the Sugar Bowl before, but things are quite a bit different than they were 70 years. For instance, let's start with the basics - Oklahoma State was then referred to as 'Oklahoma A&M.'

At the time, 'A&M's' result was a success. It beat St. Mary's 33-13 at Tulane Stadium in 1946, and there is even video footage of how it went down:

What a call on the broadcast. The Cowboys will look to earn their second Sugar Bowl win in school history on Jan. 1.
