Four Pace University football players who were arrested in the chaotic aftermath of the fatal shooting of their teammate by police have pleaded not guilty.

An arraignment was held Thursday in Valhalla, N.Y., for Daniel Parker of Lauderhill, Fla.; Joseph Garcia of Floral Park, N.Y.; Yves Delpeche of Brooklyn; and Joseph Romanick of Slidell, La.

Parker, Garcia and Delpeche are charged with obstruction and Garcia is charged with disorderly conduct. Prosecutors dropped a charge of disorderly conduct against Parker and charged him with resisting arrest. A disorderly conduct charge against Delpeche was dropped.

The players were arrested Oct. 17 after teammate Danroy Henry of Easton, Mass., was killed outside a bar in a Thornwood, N.Y., shopping center.
