Georgetown beats Marist 34-7

WASHINGTON, D.C. (AP) Kyle Nolan threw two touchdown passes to Justin Hill and Jelani Williamson returned an interception for a score to help Georgetown beat Marist 34-7 on Saturday.

Nolan completed 21 of 34 passes for 200 yards, including TD strikes of 9 and 7 yards to Hill. Jo'el Kimpela scored on a 15-yard run and Williamson picked off a pass by Michael White and returned it 34 yards for a score, his second interception in as many games.

Georgetown (1-1) forced five Marist punts in the first half, outgained the Red Foxes 226 yards to 113 and led 31-7 at halftime.

White hit Dylan Clay on a 7-yard TD pass in the second quarter, but was intercepted twice and fumbled in the fourth quarter to end a 12-play, 52-yard drive that had reached the Georgetown 21. White was 16 of 32 for 177 yards.
