FSU receiver Lane sidelined for Peach Bowl with broken foot

Florida State will be minus a weapon when the No. 9 Seminoles (9-2) take on No. 18 Houston (12-1) in the Peach Bowl on Dec. 31 as wide receiver Ermon Lane will be sidelined with a broken foot.
Per the Orlando Sentinel:
The 6-3, 205-pound Lane has caught six passes this season for 50 yards.

Coach Jimbo Fisher revealed Wednesday that Lane, a sophomore, was dealing with a stress fracture in his left foot throughout the entire season. “He was running a route, stuck it…it snapped,” Fisher said. “So he’ll be out.”
