Lots of folk believe FSU football star running back Dalvin Cook was snubbed from being a Heisman finalist and likely winner Lamar Jackson agrees.

This is the second year Dalvin Cook has not gotten the recognition he deserves. FSU’s all-time rushing leader was not invited as a Heisman finalist despite his performances against one of the toughest defensive slates in the nation.

The likely Heisman winner, Louisville quarterback Lamar Jackson this Cook was snubbed from not getting an Heisman finalist invite.

The out pour of support for Cook on social media has been overwhelming, just check out a tweet from ESPN’s Kirk Herbstreit:

Herbstreit tweeted that the morning after Texas running back D’onta Foreman was awarded the Doak Campbell award over Cook.

It’s baffling really as the numbers for Cook crush everything and none of the voters can provide rational reasoning as to why they voted the way they did.

I think it’s a nice gesture for Lamar Jackson to mention that Cook should have been invited to New York as a Heisman finalist.

As we mentioned on Twitter earlier this week, that would have made THREE ACC Heisman finalist in New York. I would say that’s the reason, but then again, Oklahoma had TWO players to receive invites as Heisman finalist.

Here’s to hoping Cook gets drafted in the first round and earns millions, the votes of clueless voters isn’t going to play the bills anyway.
