Is James Franklin upset about Jim Harbaugh taking his idea for satellite camps and expanding it this year?
It does not sound like that is the case.
"I'm excited about it," Franklin told SiriusXM radio, per the Detroit Free Press. "I love competition. I think it's good for Penn State. I think it's good for the Big Ten. I think it's great for college football. So I'm fired up about it."

Franklin is one year into his rebuilding project at Penn State while Harbaugh just wrapped up his first spring as head coach at Michigan, his alma mater, and both have already shown a willingness to get creative when it comes to trying to lure top talent to play for them.
