Four-star defensive lineman prospect Tyler Clark picks Georgia

One of the top players in the Peach State plans on staying close to home, as defensive lineman Tyler Clark commits to the Georgia Bulldogs.
Clark's high school coach Erik Soliday recently spoke with the Atlanta Journal-Constitution to discuss why Georgia was the choice over Auburn and Clemson.
“The Georgia coaches did a good job recruiting Tyler,” Soliday said. “All the coaches did a good job. But something he has always wanted to do was to play for Georgia.”
“Georgia likes his athleticism,” Soliday continued. “For a kid that size, he moves pretty well. It’s nice when you’re good in that area so you can work on some technique things. It speeds up the process I think. He’s a good kid. I think he’s going to work hard for them at Georgia.”
Georgia now has 11 commitments lined up for their 2016 recruiting class and will look to continue to add along the defensive line, as Clark is their first commit at the position.
