Former UCLA QB Asiantii Woulard seeks NCAA waiver

Former UCLA quarterback Asiantii Woulard is now at the University of South Florida, and according to the Tampa Bay Times, Woulard is seeking an NCAA waiver to gain immediate eligibility.

His chances seem long, but Tampa Bay Times writer Joey Knight reports that it's been done before. If Woulard, who was highly-touted and spent two seasons UCLA, doesn't receive the waiver he'll sit out the season and have two years of eligibility remaining.
