Former FSU DB tweets bowl game swag to lure recruits to 'Noles

Shortly after Florida State quarterback J.J. Cosentino tweeted a poolside picture with hopes of luring undecided recruits to Tallahassee, former Seminoles DB Lamarcus Brutus followed up by posting a picture of the watches and rings he earned from playing at FSU.

The image of the hardware was accompanied by the captions: “Dear Recruits: Go to Florida State!”

The Seminoles finished the 2015 season with a 10-3 record to rank No. 14 in the final AP Top 25 Poll.

Brutus, a redshirt senior, tallied 46 tackles and three interceptions in 2015.

As of Tuesday, FSU's 2016 recruiting class ranked No. 3 in the nation, according to 247Sports.
