Florida State holds top recruiting class

The rich keep getting richer, and in Tallahassee that’s a very good thing. Florida State continues to ride the recruiting wave stemming from its 2013 national championship and its 2014 College Football Playoff appearance, as the Seminoles have scored the No. 1 spot on ESPN’s rankings of the top-15 recruiting classes of 2016.
The Seminoles have been scorching hot this offseason, scoring commitments from Malik Henry, the top-rated dual-threat quarterback in the country, as well as Levonta Taylor, the nation’s No. 1 cornerback.
Three-star offensive lineman Andrew Boselli, son of NFL great Tony Boselli, has also pledged his allegiance to FSU, along with 6-4,240-pound four-star sensation Isaac Nauta, who is rated the No. 1 TE prospect by Rivals.com.
ESPN’s 2016 class rankings have the Seminoles in the top spot, trailed by arch-rival Miami and defending national champions Ohio State.
