Derrick Henry wins yet another SEC Offensive Player of the Week honor


Apparently, there is no stopping Alabama running back Derrick Henry. Auburn was the bruising back's latest victim in last weekend's Iron Bowl, as the Tide's star offensive player outgained the Tigers by himself.
The frontrunner for the Heisman Trophy, Henry has earned his fourth SEC Offensive Player of the Week for his efforts this weekend:

Via the SEC's Week 13 Players of the Week statement:
• Outgained Auburn by himself with a career-best 271 rushing yards (Auburn had 260 yards of total offense).
• Carried for an Alabama record 46 times and averaged 5.9 yards per rush. • Broke free for a 25-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter to extend his streak of consecutive games with a touchdown to 17 games.
• Set the Alabama single-season record for rushing yards with 1,797, passing Trent Richardson (1,679 in 2011).
• Set the single-season rushing touchdown mark with 22 in 2015.
• Accounted for six explosive plays of 12 yards or more while converting 14 first-down runs.
• Carried the ball on Alabama's final 14 plays to clinch the SEC Western Division title.
• Walter Camp National Offensive Player of the Week.
• Became the first Alabama running back and only the third in SEC history (Herschel Walker and Bo Jackson) to record four 200-yard rushing games in one season.
