William Will kicked three second-half field goals and Will Bardo rushed for a pair of first-half touchdowns to lift Dayton to a 23-20 come-from-behind nonconference victory over Duquesne Saturday.

The victory snapped the Flyers (1-1) three-game losing streak to Duquesne (1-1).

Dillon Buechel threw a pair of touchdowns passes to Gianni Carter, including a 76-yard strike in the first quarter, but Duquesne was stymied in the second half. The Dukes managed 132 offensive yards after intermission and ran just one offensive play inside Dayton territory.

Bardo rushed for back-to-back scores for the Flyers, including a 71-yard dash in the second quarter.
