Cooper ready for big junior season

Junior receiver Pharoh Cooper is ready for the 2015 season.
The do-everything athlete for South Carolina has already garnered immense accolades in his two years with the program. Cooper was an all-SEC freshman performer in 2013, accruing 655 all-purpose yards.
Last year as a sophomore, he blossomed into one of the most electric athletes in the conference. Cooper finished third in the conference in receptions (69) and second in receiving yards (1,136). Unsurprisingly, the North Carolina native was picked as a AP first-team All-America selection.
In 2015, he's looking to take his game to an even higher level in what likely will be his last year on the college level. His effectiveness with the ball in his hands will help out first-year quarterback Connor Mitch significantly. Even with Cooper expected to see double and even triple-coverage at times, he's adept at exploiting small pockets of space on the field. Cooper's ability to separate from coverage and routinely pick up yardage is a superlative quality.
By the looks of his Twitter post Thursday morning, he can't wait to get a crack at the Tar Heels.
