With Iowa concluding spring ball on Saturday with their spring game, this is a great time to take stock of how the team has looked so far.
Even though much has been written about the quarterback situation and the replacement to All-American Brandon Scherff, Brian Bennett of ESPN.com cautions to not forget the new defensive tackles in the Iowa defense. Here is what defensive lineman Faith Ekakitie had to say about the group to ESPN.com:
"We're all strong and we're all athletic enough to play at the Big Ten level, and we're all wiling to learn right now. That will be our edge -- that we’re willing to learn and get better as players."
