Cent. Arkansas 49, Texas St. 17

Central Arkansas rushed for six touchdowns, three of them by Terence Bobo, in a 49-17 victory against Texas State on Saturday.
Bobo rushed for 79 yards for the Bears (6-3, 3-2 Southland Conference), who were led on the ground by Jackie Hinton's 122 yards and a touchdown. After averaging 84 rushing yards in its previous four games, Central Arkansas compiled a season-high 246 against Texas State (4-5, 1-4).
Karrington Bush ran for 108 yards for the Bobcats. Quarterback Tim Hawkins threw for two touchdowns, but he completed just eight of 20 passes for 96 yards with two interceptions and was sacked four times.
Central Arkansas took control with a 28-point second quarter. Quarterback Nathan Dick, a transfer from Arkansas, completed the surge with a 6-yard scoring run that gave the Bears a 42-3 lead with 18 seconds remaining in the first half.
Dick was 27 of 41 passing for 252 yards and a TD.
