Bowl season begins with thrilling, big-play-filled Celebration Bowl


Bowl season is underway, and hoo boy, we hope you were paying attention from the get-go, as North Carolina A&T and Alcorn State got things off to a heck of a start Saturday in the Celebration Bowl in Atlanta.
In a game that doubled as the HBCU national championship, North Carolina A&T stopped Alcorn State inside the 10-yard line in the final seconds to pull out a thrilling 41-34 win in a game that featured almost as many big plays as points.
You might have heard of Cohen, who was eighth in the FCS in rushing this year despite a diminutive 5-foot-8 frame, thanks to his remarkable ability to catch a football in mid-backflip. But his in-game exploits Saturday were worth watching as well, as this video of his first touchdown attests:
