Two Virginia Tech reserves will sit out the first quarter of the Orange Bowl after violating curfew.
Running back David Wilson and safety Antone Exum also weren't allowed to accompany the team to Saturday night's Miami Heat game against Golden State, coach Frank Beamer said.
The players were in the team hotel but weren't in their room for a 1 a.m. curfew early on New Year's Day, Beamer said.
The No. 12-ranked Hokies face No. 5 Stanford on Monday night.
