Adonis Stevenson stopped Thomas Williams Jr. in the fourth round Friday night, unloading a powerful left that turned out the lights.

Stevenson, still going strong at age 38, improved to 28-1 with his 23rd KO and his seventh successful defense of his WBC light heavyweight belt, in front of a partisan crowd in Quebec City.

"He wanted to put on some pressure, so I put some on as well," Stevenson said. "Two men who know how to fight. We gave a good show and that's what people want to see."
