A Las Vegas judge postponed an evidence hearing for boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr. in a felony domestic violence case.
Mayweather didn't appear Thursday with his lawyer while a new date of April 28 was set.
Mayweather is accused of hitting and threatening his ex-girlfriend, stealing her cell phone and threatening two of their children last September.
His lawyers deny wrongdoing on his behalf.

Mayweather could face 34 years in state prison on the felony charges, which include grand larceny, coercion and robbery.
The case is separate from a misdemeanor battery charge alleging that Mayweather poked a homeowner association security guard in the face during a November argument outside his home. That case is due for trial April 25.
