He easily won the opening frame on the strength of his boxing and aggressiveness, but Hernanez dropped RDA with a jab very early in Round 2 before crushing him again with a right hook minutes later which forced referee Mike Beltran to step in. Dos Anjos took his gloves off after this fight, which typically signals retirement. In this case, it would certainly appear to be warranted, but the UFC didn't grant RDA an interview, so his future plans are yet to be confirmed.
