Impact On the sidelines since March 2024 following the birth of her child, Cerminara looked terrific. She was able to put her late-notice opponent away with just seconds remaining in Round 1. Gets new opponent in Edmonton Cerminara will fight Mackenzie Stiller at UFC Edmonton on Oct. 17 after Jamey Lyn-Horth was removed from the bout with an undisclosed injury, Marcel Dorff of Eurosport.nl reports.

Impact The new bout gives Cerminara distinct size and reach advantages, as Stiller has fought at strawweight her entire career. This will be important as she looks to break a two-fight losing skid and get on track in what is now a wide-open flyweight division.

Return scheduled for UFC Edmonton Cerminara will fight fellow flyweight Jamey-Lyn Horth at UFC Edmonton on Oct. 17, according to Marcel Dorff of Heavy on Sports.

Impact Cerminara took two long sabbaticals after losing to Manon Fiorot in 2022. The first time Cerminara returned was after a near-two-year absence, followed by a loss to Maycee Barber. This time, Cerminara took more than two years and will fight Horth in the latter's home country.
