Antoine Griezmann is having a hell of a season. It's been filled with goals. Good goals. Really good goals.

This is probably his best goal.

Griezmann has no business scoring that goal. It's coming at a bad angle, he's facing the wrong way and he doesn't have time to bring the ball down. It's supposed to skip past him to the goalkeeper. Maybe he can get a foot to it, but then it goes way wide. It does not go in the net. He can't score there.

Except he did.

Griezmann has thrust himself into the conversation of best players in the world this year. He was brilliant as Atletico Madrid made a run to the Champions League final and terrific for France at the Euros. Now he's back to his great form for Atletico this season and, just in case he didn't have enough spectacular plays to put on a highlight reel, now he has this one too.
