Watch this 'Madden' glitch result in a physics-defying pick-six

Published Nov. 15, 2016 2:11 p.m. ET

"Madden" glitches happen after each new release, they get worked out and life goes on. Few glitches were more comical than the Madden '15 magical land mines that sent players skyrocketing into the air or the one where certain players got shrunk to peanut-size.

This latest glitch seems to be physically impossible as New York Giants QB Eli Manning throws a ball over the middle that somehow gets redirected about 20 yards back toward the line of scrimmage for an easy pick-six for the Jaguars. Take a look:

Manning has thrown some rough interceptions over the years and suffered some fluky ones, but none more absurd than that one.

(An earlier version of this post incorrectly identified the offensive team as the Vikings.)
