Eagles fans are tormenting Kiko Alonso while he's on vacation

As Enrico Campitelli pointed out in his most recent post for CSN Philadelphia, we are beginning to hit the lull in NFL news for teams whose seasons have come to an end.

With all this extra time for football players, many have begun their offseason travels, heading to beach resorts to kick back and relax.

One of those guys is Philadelphia Eagles linebacker Kiko Alonso.

Alonso is vacationing in Puerto Rico, and according to his Instagram posts, he seems to be having a great time.

That's apparently a problem for some Eagles fans.

Alonso didn't have a particularly strong season in his first year in Philadelphia. In his third year as an NFL pro, Alonso managed to record just 30 tackles in 14 games. That's not all that much for an inside linebacker. And when you consider the fact that Alonso was traded for LeSean McCoy, the Eagles' all-time leading rusher in the midst of his prime, Philadelphia fans may have given Alonso a bad rap from the get-go.

So how do those fans let Alonso know they are upset? They bash his Instagram vacation posts in brutal fashion. 

We'll choose to forego some of the vulgar posts, but here are some of the comments on Alonso's seemingly innocent vacation posts.

"I bet you can't even tackle those girls." - @nelsonl81

"I would rather be seeing photos of you in the playoffs." - @wm_570

"That's not beer, it's probiotic drink used to cleanse your stomach and body" -  @martojeda said in response to another comment.

"Maybe it can cleanse his last season." - @ronnyflick64 in response to @martojeda

"Go train." - @jbujan

"Make a tackle, not a sandwich." - @larry3_

"Where's the Eagles symbol on the side of yah dome." -@bedballer

"Get a birds logo on the side." - @tomlongo16

"Maybe it'll help you tackle." - @serrllife

"Get back to America and start training cause you need it." - @Itmcgowan15

"see a meal." - @grant_wilson

"This dude ever hit the gym?" - @nolanbauer

"seriously, all he posts is food and places he is on vacation (crying with laughter emoji)" - @iam_zmgxiii

Jeez, Eagles fans. Lighten up a little. The guy is just trying to have himself a nice little vacation.
