He's upset: Adrian Peterson goes off about NFL contracts on Twitter
Adrian Peterson isn't happy and he took to Twitter to vent.
The Minnesota Vikings running back has not showed up to the team's OTAs this week and isn't required to appear until mandatory minicamp on June 16. That shouldn't surprise anyone as Peterson has skipped OTAs in years past.
However, things are different this year as rumors have surrounded Peterson with reports that he would prefer to be traded for a fresh start with a new team after being suspended for the majority of the 2014 season. He made a public statement on Wednesday, saying his absence from OTAs was about "securing my future with the Vikings. It's business, not personal and I understand that firsthand."
