Lovie Smith on Jameis Winston: 'We have to kind of tell him when to leave'

The rave reviews of Jameis Winston and his work ethic continue. Not long after hearing that Winston actually traveled to a Drake concert with game film, now his new head coach Lovie Smith is giving him even more praise according to Pat Yasinskas of ESPN.com.

"We have to kind of tell him when to leave,'' coach Lovie Smith told ESPN Thursday.

While Winston had to miss last Thursday's organized team activity due to the NFL Players Association's Rookie Premiere, apparently Winston made sure to make up the time he was missing.

"Smith said Winston took double the amount of reps he usually would in Wednesday's session to make up for Thursday. Winston turned in his best day of practice so far, Smith said." per Yasinskas.

Winston's focus on learning and always wanting to take in more information is something that absolutely should receive high praise. Will in transfer into success on the field at the NFL level though? Smith and the rest of the organization are hoping so.
