WATCH: This one play proves that Cowboys' Dez Bryant is back

Published Nov. 1, 2015 8:02 p.m. ET

The Dallas Cowboys totaled just 91 passing yards in their Week 8 13-12 loss to the Seattle Seahawks, and wide receiver Dez Bryant finished with just two catches for 12 yards. However, on this one play, we saw what needed to -- Bryant's unique explosion after the catch is back and he will only get better.

Sherman got the best of Bryant for most of the day -- as Bryant was only able to reel in 2-of-6 targets, but that's to be expected in his first game back against one of the NFL's best cornerbacks.

Bryant will get better as he develops a rapport with Matt Cassel and as he gets healthier. Keep an eye on his practice status this week, but Bryant escaped without an injury.
