Eric McAlister - Logs 12 targets, eight receptions McAlister caught 8 of 12 targets for 69 yards during Tuesday's 30-27 overtime victory over USC.

Impact For the first time since Week 11 against Iowa State, McAlister logged double-digit targets. During 2025, he logged a career-high 118 in the category. It was not McAlister's only best this season, backed up by his 72 receptions for 1,190 yards and 10 touchdowns.

Impact Denman continued to see playing time late in his true freshman season, and against the Trojans in the Alamo Bowl, the tailback scored the third touchdown of his career. Denman finishes the 2025 season with 178 rushing yards and three scores, along with three catches for six yards. He figures to remain a factor in the Horned Frogs' backfield in 2026 if he stays in Fort Worth.

Jeremy Payne - Walk-off TD in thrilling win Payne totaled 13 carries for 73 yards and one touchdown and caught 6 of 7 targets for 50 yards and one touchdown during Tuesday's 30-27 overtime victory versus USC.

Impact Payne was a problem for USC all game long, but the play that will immortalize him in TCU lore was the final play of the game, when he caught a check-down on 3rd-and-20 and proceeded to shed multiple Trojans tacklers while tightroping the sideline for the walk-off score. It was a great finish to a very good season for Payne, who ran for 623 yards and five touchdowns - while catching 22 passes for 207 yards and two scores - in his sophomore campaign. Payne's arrow is pointed up ahead of what should be a monster junior year in Fort Worth or elsewhere.

Impact Seals was just about all TCU could ask for in his first career start with the Horned Frogs. The longtime backup passer got the start against USC in the Alamo Bowl with Josh Hoover seeking a new program via the transfer portal, and he played reasonably well. He was efficient, completing 73 percent of his passes, and helped guide TCU to an overtime victory and a nine-win season.
